Tommy did our home inspection. He was early and got straight to work. He briefly explained what was going to happen and if we had any questions along the way don't be afraid to ask. He was very thorough with the inspection. He patiently reviewed the pictures with us to ensure we understood. At the end he went over everything clearly and answered any questions we had. We hired Tommy to inspect a couple of houses and were highly satisfied with his inspection walkthroughs and reports. He pointed out things that we had missed or were not aware of when we were looking at both houses. The first time, he saved us from buying a house that had mold and water leakage issues. The second inspection went better and he made us aware of some things that might have to be addressed by the seller or by us after we moved in.

Working with Tommy is like getting an education in homeownership and things to look out for from someone with many years of experience. If you are a first-time home buyer and need a home inspector to inspect your property, don't hesitate to call Tommy.  I had a wonderful experience with Tommy for our home inspection for a property we are buying. Tommy was not only deeply knowledgeable but also very patient and thorough.  Throughout the whole inspection, he explained everything in detail to us without being an alarmist. I have had three home inspections in my life, and I would say Tommy is much more thorough and way better than the two inspections I had in the past. Lastly, the fact that he was available until late at night after our inspection speaks volume of the customer service he provides. As first time homebuyers, we were looking for a thorough and honest inspector that would take their time, be patient with us and be patient with all of our questions. Tommy was hands down amazing, and we would highly recommend you choose him for your home inspection, especially if it's your first purchase. We didn't have to ask Tommy any questions or set any expectations, from the first time we reached out he was extremely responsive and showed amazing customer service. I believe it's a one man business, and it being his full time occupation, I am so impressed with the way he handles his business.
